Death Cafes in Edinburgh May 2025
Demystifying Death Week
Demystifying Death Week is a Good Death, Good Life, Good Grief event about giving people knowledge, skills and opportunities to plan and support each other through death, dying, loss and care. A number of Edinburgh venues are hosting Death Cafes that I will be hosting during this important awareness-raising week.

Leith Walk Police Box

Heart of Newhaven
I will be hosting the Heart of Newhaven Death Cafe on 31 May 10-12 noon. Please do come along to talk about all matters associated with the subject: grief, loss, what to do when someone you love has just been told they have a life-threatening illness, how to manage the Climate Emergency, coming to a different country as a refugee. No need to book, just turn up. Free with tea and cake. Venue details here.
