Autumn chi gung classes online (Copy)

I will be offering some relaxed, online chi gung (also known as qi gong) with a short meditation in half-hour sessions to herald the Autumn. Starting 3rd November for 6 weeks.

Wednesdays 6-6.30pm (1800-1830) UK time. Beginners welcome.

Chi gung exercises are like short movements from T’ai Chi. Easy to learn and gentle to do, they appear simple, but have far-reaching effects, are good for calming, feeling grounded and centred. Aso excellent for promoting better balance and increasing your co-ordination.

Deepening the breath and so improving oxygen uptake. You will feel energised and more open afterwards.
