I will be offering some online chi gung with a little meditation in half-hour sessions to celebrate the Autumn.
This is a time to breathe in the woody Autumnal scents and exhale the heat and busyness of Summer.
Starts September 14th for 6 weeks, 6.30 - 7pm (UK time).
Chi gung exercises are like short movements from T’ai Chi. Easy to learn and gentle to do, they appear simple, but have far-reaching effects, are good for calming, feeling grounded and centred. Also excellent for promoting better balance and increasing your co-ordination.
There will be a short guided meditation too. It can all be done standing or sitting.
